Bormio Posted June 25, 2018 Report Share Posted June 25, 2018 The ruling today also restored the Republican gerrymander in North Carolina. The objecting parties cant prove that their is gerrymandering going on so the rulings are correct based on this. It's the correct ruling. Redistricting is inherently a political, not legal process - to be worked out by the legislatures and the governors - not the courts.
