He is all of 5`6 149 lbs but he is a burner.Part of 7A runner-up Plainfield North ...the mighty mite had 22 offers including Purdue....Illinois...Iowa....Minnesota....Nebraska....Kentucky....Mississippi.....Tennessee.....Vanderbilt.....Iowa State.....Kansas State......Missouri.....and Oklahoma State. He is ranked 14th Nationally among All-purpose backs. Midwest recruiting analyst Jack Helmholdt said ..( What he lacks in size he makes up for in speed and agility. Based on his track times...there is no Division 1prospect who is faster). He set a State meet record in the 100 meters ( 10.29 ) and was timed at 4.38 for the 40. he also recently helped the US 400 meter relay team set an Under 20 world record at the Pan Am under 20 Championship in San Jose, Costa Rico last week. I`m sure he will be beefed up to at least 160-165 lbs at Purdue. I mentioned him at least once this year in the T&F thread. Arian Smith beat Moore 10.36 vs. 10.37 last month and they both participated with Boling in the 4x100 U20 38.62 world record time. Smith is a recent junior transfer from Mulberry HS and will suit up for Lakeland HS this coming year for a one and done and he's a P5 recruit for sure. PB for Moore is 10.30 last year, same PR for Smith last month.... for best effort, tied wind legal and can't get much closer than .01 in the race last month... both kids can boogie. abbatt Posted July 29, 2019 Author Report Share Posted July 29, 2019 golfaddeict1, Last year in Plainfield North`s 35-10 loss to Nazarath Academy in the 7A state championship Moore caught a pass over the middle and got leveled by a 6`2, 230 lb Linebacker. He was stunned for a few seconds..then got up and ran back to the huddle and literally got a standing ovation from the crowd. He is a tough kid.
