Its a complete bs ruling They argued that he didn't get a fair trial because the trial was in Boston So the lawyer fucks up never petitions for change of venue and now gets a sympathy plea from this panel of judges Gotta go to the supreme court This guy must be executed So 2 Obama appointees.
