And they fall on the sword because it favors their guy.  They ignore blatant injustices because it helps them out. Black people fought for civil rights because there were systems in place to disenfranchise them for the benefit of others. That is exactly what is happening this election. The system is disenfranchising conservative voters for the benefit of a left wing ideology.  Thankfully the civil rights act opened the opportunity for minorities to flourish since the late 60’s. Now our civil rights are being violated and you Democrat’s on the sideline cheering it on the same way the KKK cheered on Jim Crow and oppressive laws.
