They are apparently eligible to vote DIMM, as is one couple living in the aforementioned. And are required to pay Federal taxes, while living abroad! But THEN, when it comes to the Covid 19 Vaccine that former Republican President Donald J. Trump made come to fruition, through his supersonic vaccine development. The answer is NYET, from the CURRENT government of the Divided States of America! And the male DIMM in this story, is an 84 YO with comorbidities!
