The Big North Conference is considered one of the top 6 toughest divisions in HS football. The reality of the situation is that kids from those schools are getting opportunities to be seen that might not exist for many. Regardless, there is still an active recruiting effort for kids with talent that go to public schools. If the Catholics are following the rules and their kids are getting an education, the rest is noise, I do agree on one aspect, players shouldn't be allowed to transfer in their senior year unless there is some extenuating circumstance.
