The appeals process is in place specifically to allow for a further look and that's what happened. While a large majority, it wasn't unanimous which says there was some merit to the original ruling. From the little I know, it did seem excessive but I don't know all of the details. I think the whole following the coach issue needs to be looked at further. I get the issue and I don't have answers that will work for every situation. I can see issues with following a head coach around but I'm not sure a move that coincides with an assistant coach should be a big deal.
