sausmann9
regarding the SJP Philly v SF of DC being played at Rutgers; I am hearing coaches in their league stating this is part of a kickoff classic - is that true for that day at Rutgers??? tx. If so do you know, and can you say, who the other teams are if this is correct? tx.

Last season, the SPP/SJP game was the headliner. This year it appears that the SJC/SJP game will be. It's unrealistic to think you can get eight elite teams to play each other at RU annually. Last season the Zaga/DBP game was also supposed to be played at RU. However, the DBP senior parents fought the admin because they wanted a "true" away game for their sons senior seasons. No doubt that it's a convenient venue for crossover games between the BNU/WCAC/PCL teams. Rutgers, Nova, Lehigh, Lafayette, Monmouth, etc... all great places for a kickoff classic in our area.
