Bormio
It was a Friday. I was in kindergarten. Ms. Hinds was the teacher. I remember her crying. One of my earliest memories.

One of my earliest memories. Jackie told him not to go to dallas. She knew something was going to happen. JFK didnt play the game in washington and he paid for it.
Blueliner
My parents kept the newspaper. I found it when I was kid in the late 70s. I remember the picture of JFK on the front page...the one of him laying there dead on the table. That picture has always kinda haunted me. My brother still has the paper. He was a real dem....not like the AHoles of today. RIP Mr. President. (Hand....salute)
Bormio
There is a YouTube of the original CBS broadcast. TV was so different then. The voice of Cronkite broke in with no picture (the TV tubes at CBS were not yet warmed up to allow a picture to be shown) and he announces the President had been shot. Then they cut to a laundry detergent ad and back to the soap opera. A few minutes later, Cronkite’s voice returned and then finally a picture. Cronkite’s reporting was spot on, his initial report indicated the shooting was likely fatal.
