It appears Evangel senior and LSU commit Davin Cotton has joined Parkway’s Justin Rogers and Terrace Marshall Jr. as top northwest Louisiana football recruits on the sidelines for an extended stint.

Cotton was injured in the Eagles’ first game of the season against East St. Louis and was on the sidelines in crutches last week when coach Byron Dawson’s club played at Allen, Texas. It doesn’t appear he’ll be back anytime soon, if at all this season.

That's a myth. Milk is packed with cholesterol, saturated fat and sugar.

He needs fresh veggies, fruit and brown rice.

Hasnt the Colquitt nutrition program which apparently has the secret formula for winning taught you anything?

Why do you think they are all tiny & undersized?

Not much protein in that veggie/fruit/brown rice diet.  Unless you are going to follow it with a cheeseburger.  Edit: I had not read Rab's posting on the secret formula to winning.
