Cotton was injured in the Eagles’ first game of the season against East St. Louis and was on the sidelines in crutches last week when coach Byron Dawson’s club played at Allen, Texas. Milk is packed with cholesterol, saturated fat and sugar. He needs fresh veggies, fruit and brown rice. Not much protein in that veggie/fruit/brown rice diet. Unless you are going to follow it with a cheeseburger. Edit: I had not read Rab's posting on the secret formula to winning.
