Each had 5 kids run sub 10.5's. Like I said you might have a kid in NC or Ar. or anywhere run faster some years than these 2 states. But he damn sure want have 5 -8 other kids on his ass this separates Texas and Florida from every other State. With that said the winner is a Florida kid who ran a 13.43 Northeast Oakland Park, FL . That's all the events that are ran in Texas because so many schools It is called the relays no 200, 400M ran. He is the BCAA, Golden South Classic and Louie Bing Classic champion as well as sweeping all the titles in the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) District, Region and State championships. I was at the Texas Relays for the last half of Friday and all day on Saturday. Both of these finals are very impressive. That Joseph Sheffield from Garland Rowlett is very impressive looking athlete on hoof to go with his speed.
