Hoover has done this for years.

Parents to film old house/apt with furniture then that same furniture in new house /apt. Should end of a bona fide move was made.

Does there not have to be intent to stay in that district for more than football season?

I read in the GA. bylaws that there should be intent to stay, but this is never enforced. Perhaps it seems too subjective to enforce, in which case it should just be removed if not enforceable.

What's subjective about, either you STAY the course of the school year, or you FORFEIT?

Well, maybe they did "intend" to stay but then something happened to cause them to need to leave or return to their old abode.

It's difficult to prove otherwise basically. Now we have the Taylor incident where we know it looks like there was no intention to stay at Grayson as he wanted to nab a ring and then graduate with his old school. It would seem that is in spite of the bona fide move possibly being legit, the intent to stay was never there.
