TheRealCAJ
Being I don't know a lot about it I checked out the 2016 Olympic Women's 100 Meters results. 11.07 ain't bad.....maybe Junior Aleia Hobbs can trim that 11.07 down and make a serious run. Pretty sick times for women though. 1 Elaine Thompson Jamaica 10.71 2 Tori Bowie United States 10.83 3 Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Jamaica 10.86 4 Marie-Josee Ta Lou Ivory Coast 10.86 5 Dafne Schippers Netherlands 10.90 6 Michelle-Lee Ahye Trinidad and Tobago 10.92 7 English Gardner United States 10.94 8 Christania Williams Jamaica 11.
954gator
That's an excellent time. What year is she? She has Olympics written all over her.
954gator
It's crazy to think that current high schooler Symone Mason would have the 5th fastest wind legal 100m, 3rd fastest 200m, and 6th fastest 400m in college right now. Then again the fastest women probably go pro early I'm guessing?

The majority of all kids nationally run on natural ability during HS - When they get to schools like LSU they add strength and technique and get faster. You can find coaches equal to what LSU has for Track and Field but you will not find any that are noticeably better.
