Yes and Pres Obama was against the release… the guy died 3 years later of the terminal cancer that prompted his release. It’s an interesting article of 4 minutes to read (per article mention), but there lies the problem as most of the gotcha folks who post here can’t read 4 min before smoking pot or finding a meme.
