The homeless in that city need to be rounded up and sent to workcamps that are built in cheaper areas 40-50 miles away from the city. Most areas that were once considered bad, are now up and coming. There is only a few pockets of bad areas, along with the usual homeless in any big city. But honestly, the place is nicer and cleaner than it's ever been. I believe it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I have mostly been in southern red state cities for work and they are a complete DUMP compared to SF. Not even close.
