A great coach can have success when moving to a better football state. Albeit, it may be experienced on the level of a weaker state.

Rush learned it first hand moving from Alabama to Georgia.

It takes longer to build a program and more resources to compete in Texas vs Delaware. The winning seasons, number of championships, and number of overall wins usually decrease after moving to a power state to coach.
