High school rankings are usually inaccurate because many of the top wrestlers don't wrestle All Americans by home state 2018 PA 15, OH 11, NJ 8, CA 5, Iowa 4 2017 OH 10, PA 8, NJ 5, CA 4, Iowa 5 2016 PA 12, OH 10, NJ 6, CA 4, Iowa 6 Don't know the 2019 numbers but NJ did very well.
