Severino
Just 10 days until the Ohio High School Football Kickoff Classic takes place on Friday, August 16, or Saturday, August 17, not sure when, or where really. Clarkson Football North will take on the Centurions of Bishop Sycamore Innovation High School, or the Academy of Urban Scholars' Hawks, again not sure which. Either way, it should be quite a game. Considering how football crazy Columbus is about high school football and The Ohio State University's recruiting, the Columbus Dispatch, This Week News, and WSYX should be covering this game closely. Bishop Sycamore is loaded on defense with several post-grads that couldn't take advantage of college offers last year but depth is a problem and they're still recruiting on the offensive side. A quarterback, some receivers or an upgrade at running back would help. Center, left tackle, kicker, punter are also needs. There's still time to get it together though. Nolebull813
It is to my understanding that this weekend is a scrimmage week and OHSAA teams are not allowed to play real games even if they are preseason. B Sycamore wants to do everything they can to stay within OHSAA’s guidelines so they can apply for membership in 2 years.
OdbCle
So has COF Academy changed names to evade their debt collectors and screw over a new bunch of unwitting D1 scholarship hopefuls?
