Do all states have a mercy rule to some extent?

Texas doesn't have a Mercy Rule.   Texas also plays by NCAA rules for the most part.  Some minor differences but mostly NCAA College football rules.

Also.. blowhards yapping about Texas games that end up 75-30 and ect.

You would have those same type of scores with many of your 45-15 games if the final 20 minutes of most of those games didn't go by in a blink because the clock never stops running with your Mercy Clock rules.

We wouldn’t have those scores because we don’t play the worst competition in the world like 85% of what your schedule looks like
