LCA is D3 school (3rd smallest private class) here. They are putting a little something together over there.

LCA is going for their 4th straight D3 state championship this year. They have 7-8 really nice players this year including 5* ATH Sage Ryan. He's rated as the #1 Safety in the nation, but he will play DB, RB WR and,QB....amazing ATH.

LCA has a big home game tomorrow with 2019 5A State Champ Acadiana. Probably doesn't mean a lot to most people, but it's a big game here.

 

LCA just upgraded their stadium with some nice turf, couple other things...unlike a lot of these national startups with NO fields and whatever LCA is a real school trying to make their mark in Louisiana.

Haven't talked a lot of Louisiana football this year, but I'm going to make this the Bayou GOTW...

D3 LCAL vs 5A Acadiana

Lafayette Christian Academy (aka LCAL now) lost 5 or 6 guys from last year including their QB, but return some good players to build around. I'm not sure LCAL has the depth to play with 5A Acadiana who is always strong/talented. That's why you play the game. 

 

These guys should go on to the next level for LCAL...I hear they have some talented sophomores, but I don't see much on them yet. Is what it is, I suppose. Mississippi St offered 3 of these guys a couple weeks ago. Go figure.

Sage Ryan will play in the All American Bowl......got his jersey couple weeks ago. His segment starts at 13:22 in the Road to the Dome video.

Ryan is probably a TOP 5 at every skill position here...hell of a RB. Loves defense though in the other interview I watched.
