Of course everyone knows about Edna Karr battling American Heritage Plantation, FL this year, but Karr better not sleep on Scotlandville. Pretty ATHed bunch. Scotlandville was 6-1 last year losing in the D1 playoffs to John Curtis.....they bring back one of the best backfields in the state...... Scotlandville is a pretty large "magnet school" in Baton Rouge...they get lots of athletic talent especially in Basketball......they've been a national power in basketball for years.......because Scotlandville is a magnet school they play in D1 here with Rummel, Curtis, Catholic-BR, Brother Martin...etc. That's the context... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know in Texas a lot of those BIG schools haven't played each other and it looks like they may never........I really don't get that. There could be some huge instate Texas games.
