It works but it sucks... you have a filter option to choose from and it seems to be using 247sports recruit data (which was behind Scouts data and had less recruits rated it seemed). http://www.scout.com/Season/2018-Football/Recruits?Player.Enabled=False&Recruitment.Enabled=True&PlayerSport.PlayerInstitution.Institution.Key=1414&RecruitInterests.Offered=True In this offered list is missing 3 Navy recruits: Coleman and Grayson Crozier and Samuel Llewellyn (Cole Caterbone heading to Army as noted in list). For each year you have to wait for the system to bring up schools to choose from as you type in the school name. I wonder when they're going to update the Rank by offers. You'd figure in a system like that when a player is placed in the database it could automatically update the HS lists, but nope. Recruiting sites are so far behind it really doesn't even matter any longer.........I believe Louisiana will be the last state they update.
