Mattress Mack doesn't play around!

Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale is at it again. The Gallery Furniture owner has bet $4.5 million on the Cincinnati Bengals to win the Super Bowl, making it the largest mobile wager of all-time.

Since online wagering is legal in Louisiana but not in Texas, McIngvale drove across the state line to place the bet on his phone through Caesar's Sportsbook. Obviously, apps won't allow you to make a wager of that size, so McIngvale said he had to make several $20,000 bets before reaching his huge final total.

The Bengals are 4.5-point underdogs to the Los Angeles Rams in the Feb. 13 game, but McIngvale bet the Bengals to win the game straight up. The Bengals are +170 to win, meaning gamblers can win $170 for every $100 bet on Cincinnati. So, McIngvale's $4.5 million wager would net him more than $7.7 million if former LSU star quarterback Joe Burrow leads the Bengals to victory.

“At Caesars Sportsbook we love taking epic wagers on massive events like the Super Bowl,” Caesars Sportsbook's Ken Fuchs said. “The Joe Burrow magic is pulling fans in, especially in Louisiana with his college roots. With this $4.5 million bet on Joe and the Bengals, Mack will make history again. And with the millions of Caesars Rewards credits he’ll earn — win or lose — he can enjoy time spent on OUR mattresses at Caesars anytime he wants to stop by.”

McIngvale hit it big in last year's Super Bowl, winning $3.46 million when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Kansas City Chiefs.
