It draw no link as it implies in the headline that the Raccoon dogs were the cause of the pandemic. And don't forget, it was Oct, Novermber of 2019 that lab workers started to get sick. These dogs could have well caught it from the workers. The story also says the dogs were found to have had it at the "very end" of 2019.
