I brought up a recent change with bitcoin ETF’s and wanted to share some info for those who are either investing in bitcoin or wanting to get in.

Prior to the approval, Grayscale’s GBTC ticker was the dominant player in bitcoin investing, but also charged a 2 pct expense fee.

Last week I redeemed my son’s GBTC shares and bought FBTC shares.
I also added a little bit to my account and thanks to yesterday it’s up over 8 pct.
My main investment in Bitcoin is via Microstrategy (MSTR).

FBTC (Fidelity Bitcoin etf) is one of two ETF’s I believe that is offering 0 pct expense fee (up to 1 billion in holdings, then I believe it rises to .20 pct).
GBTC reduced their expense fee from 2 to 1.5 pct and imo it was illogical to continue holding.

Grayscale’s ETHE with high expense fee I continue to hold until a hopeful etf approval changes the Ethereum landscape.

Crypto has been cranking.  My current gains (paper) as of 5 min ago.

I’ve sold some shares in ETHE on the upswing, while holding all shares in MSTR.

Smart move holding all shares.

What a difference since just Feb 28th.   😮
