But BOYS, there are some REALLY good teams in the state this season! So you want PROOF? How bout THIS! Four of the best QB's in the NATION, are no longer playing! Trevor Lawrence went down in round TWO, Justin Mills, although injured, lost TWO games in REGULAR season! And Davis Mills is gone as well! Couple THOSE with the nationally rated sophomore at Marietta! And add in the #2 rated WR in the country at Walton! And NONE made the SEMIS in the GHSA! Only ones who remain are the Super Eleven WR at Brookwood, the #1 OLB in the Country at Colquitt, and the top tier FRESHMAN QB at Buford! Theres not a 2016 Grayson or 2016 Roswell in the group this year.. but we have close. Last year we had 2 elite teams and 2 very very good teams and then quite a few good teams... This year theres 0 elite, but probably 8 very very good teams. Last year McEachern & Mill Creek were the 2 very very good teams... this year, North Gwinnett, Colquitt, Brookwood, Grayson, Walton, Tift, Lowndes, McEachern, Archer, Rome, and Buford...
