I have, and this is my conclusion...looks like over the past 8 years 32 different schools have built elite football programs at the State level in California...this isn’t a lottery, success breeds more success and 32 different teams have be successful in that venture. Most had the same coach for decades or are programs that have been great for decades. Other pop up when they put together Once in a generation teams.
