Best old school example of corporate fat I ever worked at...When American Cyanamid was there... heli-pads by the lake to fly in the execs, escalators, full medical staff on premises, underground tunnels to the gym, steak and eggs for breakfast etc. etc....think they had a staff of about 80 just for 'grounds crew'..... When IBM baulked and said it was too much campus...Wayne was very lucky to get Toys to buy in.... The 'retirement home' condos thing was never going to fly...think they will float that one again???
