HawgGoneIt
We have gotten pretty accustomed to cameras. Security cameras in stores etc. etc. Have you ever really thought about what happens to the footage? That people could be watching you that really shouldn't be, or that you never expected to be... Check this out. http://www.insecam.org/en/ Hey you! Yeah you in Rancho Cucomonga, I see you! Yeah you on the beach over there in L.A., I see you too! http://www.insecam.org/en/bycountry/US/?page=3 Pretty wild to think anyone can access these cams whenever they want. Just found them, so, I haven't really found anything wild yet, but I'm looking. Pretty creepy actually. What do y'all think? Is just entering an area that has surveillance giving automatic implied consent to the general public to watch you?

Old hawg No doubt. Just because I stumbled across a little bit of it recently, doesn't mean that it hasn't been around for a long time. Just interesting to think that accessing these camera networks is legal.
DarterBlue
We live in the age of Big Brother. Orwell may not have gotten the technology to a tee; he couldn't. But he saw what was coming. Sometime in the not too distant future, privacy will be totally a thing of the past. Think of the implications of this. It's potentially very scary.
World Citizen
But on the flip side, cameras like these often catch criminals and people who blowup marathons in Boston. What would be fun is if we all go outside and walk down the street. At a particular time just turn around and give the camera the finger. Then check out the video.

Well, this and my concern for the Dow tanking as it is under all Donald's great policies. I am very concerned.

Coupled with cyber awareness, smartphones and tablets/PC's.... it's positively not a future I care to navigate.
