RedZone
Up 2-0 on the Portland Trail Blazers. Game 3 in NOLA tomorrow night. Saints getting it together and the Pels playing well. Always good for the City.

Mjd33
The pelicans would beat the Eastern conf rep in the finals .... but won’t make it there.

You might be right, but who would have guessed the Pels being up 3-0 vs Portland?

Prob not many.... just pointing out how loaded the West is compared to the decrepit east. Esp with C’s not having Kyrie and Gordon heyward. Reminds me of the years the sixers and nj nets made it to the finals.... you knew they had no chance. The western conf finals were always the real finals. Kings and lakers had some great battles. RedZone
New Orleans became the first No. 6 seed (or lower) to sweep its first-round series since the NBA switched from its best-of-five format in 2003.

RedZone
I don't really follow the NBA all that much in the regular season truthfully. The season is too long, lacks intensity and is all offense. In the playoffs they get after it which is much better basketball to me. I watched 3 of the Pels wins and if they can keep up that intensity they will give Golden State problems. Pelican buzz has hit the City.. Mjd33
If you’re the pelicans you have lot of options in future.... if I was them I seriously consider trading Demarcus cousins and get even more talent on perimeter. They are playing so much better w/o him.
RedZone
Warriors took a loss yesterday. Hope the Spurs can push them even more and stretch that series out.

Warriors most likely clinch at home in game 5 but Steve Kerr said curry no where close to coming back .... very good news for pelicans. Cossacks
Dubs are actually playing pretty good right now. Not surpsired they dropped one in San Antonio, especially with all the emotions of Pops wife. I see the W’s closing it out at home tomorrow night
RedZone
Pelicans played much better last night, but the Warriors are just too good. Curry comes in and acts like he was never hurt and out a month. Oh well, maybe we steal a game in NOLA...
RedZone
Do not deny the Pelican. #winning At least yesterday. Bigly.
