And when you say..."motley crew"...you ain't joking. Now if my memory serves...and if it don't...I'll still be close...I was a svelte 315 lbs. I topped the scales at 217 lbs this morning at the "Y" and complained that I had gained a couple pounds. Adding more honesty...my bench is not 300. But...I have pushed (4) times my age.
