OT: Be careful what you wish for

OK, most of us wanted change in DC. We despise DC.

We elected Obie and it was the same old same old. No real change.

Well, now it seems we have someone who will try to bring us real change.

A move away from social equities through government programs, a move to make us a collection of states and not one country.

A move to change the nature of nostalgia. No longer a sentimental longing for the past but rather an attempt to live in the past.

Is it just me or is this unhealthy in attempt.  It goes against the nature of life which is to progress.

Did I want this kind of change? No. I wanted the way business in DC is done changed.

The change I wanted was an end to our evolving aristocracy.

But I got the opposite. A proliferation of the class divide is about to embark.

More people than ever will die, yes die in the wealthiest country on earth as they lose healthcare, housing and food.

Well, we finally got change.... are we happy?

a quick side bar....

I just saw in another forum some ask the question, "did TRump himself release his tax return?"

HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you kidding?

 not sure?  really?

That is in question?????

-----------------------

sorry but it's beyond obvious

and I'll tell you something else all should realize.... this is from 2005....

Why so far back? It's obviously the one that shows the greatest income and tax paid

and only the front and back?????

who on earth would only leak this and none of the schedules

--------------------------------

so my question is, is there any poster here who thinks Trump himself did not send it?

and if so... WTF are you thinking?

"Yes" people die from inadequate or a lack of healthcare.  Do you refute that?

it's more than that....

these programs like that give inner city kids opportunities they would never otherwise have redirect many from drugs, crime and the street. and at the extreme, the deaths that come with that.

you honestly don't think people without healthcare die?

come on jim, you know better

You liberals never change your talking points. You mean the same people who have brand new I phones , flat screen TV's etc but now can't afford health insurance. And who the hell you think was paying for the people who couldn't afford the insurance? It was nothing but a massive re-distribution of wealth.

yes, those

I see from this utterance that have the arrogance to judge others and feel setting rules for those YOU deem below you is your right.

Like the guy who won't give the homeless cash, only his left over sandwich.

You know what I learned a long time ago.

People are all pretty much the same. Given understanding (of how things work), opportunity and guidance all make about the same decisions.

The poor tend to be the ones with less of the understanding, opportunity and guidance. That and God's mistakes. Yes, God did not, in fact, give all the same born resources.

Understanding all this makes it compulsory to do away with the unseasoned stereotyping that rules the day.

We know

thats why they overwhelmingly vote Democrat

they don't realize that the poor in this country are infinitely better off than the poor in the countries where your socialist agenda has been adopted

Still illegal to release an individual tax return !!!!  NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE AS LONG AS IT IS TRUMPS...

Great point!

How great would it be for Trump to demand an ansewr and the Dem's call his bluff and can track it back to coming from one of his folks... under orders.. as we all know is the case.

Not if you release it your own self.

Trump released that return. Anyone else would have released all the deduction pages etc.

Give creitd to the posters on the right here. None have challenged the fact that Trump himself obviously released it.

Ever hear that bizarre recording of Trump pretending he was someone else.... giving himself accolades?

The guy is strange.

Do not excuse bad behavior with other, potentially bad behavior..Your starting to remind me of the JUDGE!JURY and the hangman.... Better known as the RIFLEMAN without proof ????

What bad behavior?

Trump released it and it's legal for him to.

The reporter is not bound by law to keep it confidential.

Sure, some were helped, but by a HUGHE margin, millions are now dependent and it's generational..

This is a good thing. Better than being dependent on crime which is the alternative.

What we need to do, my good Christian brother, is to insure that each year we are supporting fewer as more become adapted to success in our economic system.

I'am as you just made a statement that you think is common sense, yet you can verify....FAKE NEWS at its best and replete with unfounded and biased inuendo... You are doing what you reportedly hate...

LOL

Come on drummer.

Are you gonna tell me someone outed Trump but spared the juicy details?

A return from 2005 no less?

That is simply not reasonable to believe.

I'll tel you something else, Trump released that year because it was his top earning year and top tax payment year.

and yeah, no one told me any of this but would anyone reasoned say it's not most likely true?

A community college in NY state and a major Univ in Texas whlle in the service.. Different time and political "Opinions" were not forced on me by professors nor was political correctness jammed down kids throats as it is today.. Destroyed knowledge,in that quotes context, for me, meant that the truth may NOT be being taught.. ie..not letting those who have a conservative or constitutionalist agenda speak at certain colleges.. Read the book, THE ENEMEY WITHIN..... many specific examples are given by Savage in the book.. Also, most recently,Dartmouth, Cal Berkeley, Cornell and others have "PREVENTED OTHER OPINION SPEAKERS ON CAMPUS??  Am surprised that you would even ask that question, but then again, not at all.

OK, so your knowledge wasn't destroyed by education, but education now is destroying knowledge?

You love to read. Try this one, Becoming Right: How Campuses Shape Young Conservatives. It covers the topic of conservative students reaffirming their political beliefs while attending liberal, higher education institutions. Not having their knowledge destroyed, rather strengthening their values and ideals...as conservatives.

Don't be surprised I (or anyone) asks you questions. The answers aren't always simple, and limiting how you come to conclusions would be considered destroying your knowledge.
