Two OOS games (one great team and one good team), four other decent teams non-conference plus the WCAC opponents. GC definitely challenges itself most years. In a side note, GC’s QB competition is one of the big questions in the WCAC this year. Same with DM. I am only suggesting that when DeMatha’s schedule is finally announced it will be at least it’s equal. As noted above are OOS games against SJR, Imhotep and the Richmond private school. (from MaxPreps) Elsewhere it was noted that DM scrimmages Philly St. Joseph’s. I look forward to the full schedule being announced... BigDrop Posted March 16, 2019 Report Share Posted March 16, 2019 A note about significant OOS games. It is not only about #1 vs #2. Sometimes it is against a team where the effort is to offset a past game (I.e. DeMatha playing SJR who rolled several years ago). It can also be a matchup where both teams are deep in tradition with decades of national excellence. Or a regional rival with national ambition but who you’ve never played before.
