Your probably right but the teams they end up playing is basically luck of draw so you never know what would happen if this really took place but what's interesting is how well Maryland did

Maryland's super league is as good as any of late and has really come around the last couple years.

IMO vs Ohio it's not a good comparison as I think Ohio has way more quality teams than both NJ and Maryland, but I think Maryland's top 2 teams were better than the top teams from NJ and Ohio.
