10 Best for what ?  Sleeping, freezing your balls off, or moose watching ?  Durham, Lexington, and Virginia Beach aren't as boring, but not sure they're a Top America pick.

Their part of the N.C. high tech triangle, right ?

Yes and it's the worst of the 3 cities.

Durham isn't bad as a whole but it's a real mixed bag.

I wouldn't not recommend it as a nice place to live but there's most certainly better without a Fucking doubt. Durham is something for sure...

I have heard this as well. My brother went to durham had an athletic event ag duke. Said he wasnt impressed.

Before I left Dallas,GA and moved to Savannah I considered Chapel Hill and Wilmington.

Chapel Hill is great. Cary,NC is honestly the best city in NC imo....

Charlotte is a wanna be Atlanta and Miami.

Nice to know. I'll make sure I stay away from Charlotte as I wasnt impressed with atlanta at all. All congestion just like every big city

Doesnt cary hold like a big collegiate baseball showcase every year?

Thanks for the correction. When I followed Hs baseball more closely I remember that showcase  being talked about alot. Alot of the top players go there every year.

Greenhope has a damn good Baseball program.

Also Cary is apart of the Raileigh Metro Area.

Raileigh isn't as big as Charlotte though... You only go to Charlotte when you're bored...
