So I looked. Is this it? https://www.google.com/covid19/ If so, it's just a collection of CDC and WHO information and links. Anybody find anything else? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that the President has forgotten he promised 'web site' and will probably say he never even met 'web site' ever and doesn't know who he is. To answer your question it does looks like it. Doubt it took 1700 engineers to copy/cut/paste this together. It would be almost like re-inventing the wheel anyway and as long as there is a place with up to date and reliable information it's a no harm no foul situation.
