Ga96
If it wasn't Lowndes vs Valdosta I could see Warner Robins and Northside or Valdosta vs Colquitt. Edited May 4, 2020 by HawgGoneIt fixed the link

HawgGoneIt
Pretty sure that Grayson/Archer match up is pretty much in there as a participation trophy for Gwinnett. I would likely vote for Colquitt vs. Valdosta just due to the length of time the game has been played. It isn't one of the choices so, I'll go with Lowndes and Valdosta with Northside and Warner Robins a close second. Finally as a consolation prize/thanks for participating trophy, I'll take those Gwinnett schools. Not sure they even lift, but, whatevs.

The schools are about 10 miles apart and it's something that's been brewing since 1920. I realize that the teams are in lower classifications but that does not belittle the intensity. Add to that...it transcends football to every sport including the debate teams...LOL. Both teams' law enforcement have been "accused" of arresting the other teams' players before the game only to find insufficient evidence for the arrest on Saturday. I'm sure this is simply misunderstandings...(Smile). And if have any more doubts about this rivalry...you can probably ask Robby Pruitt...the ex HC for the Purple Hurricanes.
