Will the Pac 12 grow a pair and play?

Things have been unclear in every aspect of the shut down in most places, California included. Newsom suggested the state regulations didn't prohibit practices from being held. But, local, county regulations did. The counties the four California Pac-12 schools are located in are driven by bulldog "protective" health offices. L.A. county, where I live, has had social gatherings of ANY kind banned for almost the entirety of the six-month shut down. You have to find a "rogue" gym operating in defiance of the health orders to exercise at a gym. Etc. Word is L.A. county approved practice. So, it comes down to the Bay area counties. Things are changing rapidly-par for the course here- so who knows how that will go. But, those counties are also lead by "protective" bulldogs, so it figures to be a rough fight for Cal and Stanford.

Who needs them anyway? Not like they gave us Christian McCaffrey or Aaron Rodgers or something.
