Apparently there is no room for social distancing at a 107 year old rivalry game.

This will be the second pandemic that this rivalry has survived through.

Colquitt is a progressive school system.  We're trying to move from the English version to the Metric system.  People did not use the 6 foot suggestion.  They used more of the 6 centimeter mandate.

It was friggin crowded....

That change in the metric system probably accounted for Rush allowing 13 players on the field in 2017. Or 12.

Understandable. Usually you just pull one player off, but they didn't realize they had 13 not 12.

But that 6 foot distancing though, oof.

Well...if you've ever been involved with the game...the understand sometimes in the heat of the battle...shit happens and mistakes are made.  But when you get penalized 5 yards...and STILL have too many players on the field...that's simply laziness on the coaching staff.  You have a coach counting...sometimes two.

We obviously didn't.

Now with all the too many people on the field aside...it was the pass interference call in the end zone that killed us.

That call could have gone either way...if you've seen the video.  Alas...it went against us.

Really? It looked pretty clear cut to me on the PI. Our guy went up for the ball and literally got pushed backwards and STILL almost came down with the ball. I thought it was a good call, but then again, I'm an NG fan.
