He's got that going in his favor. ANYONE can look at those stats and see Lamar Jackson has struggled this year...he's on pace to be ranked close to the bottom is every passing category this year. In other words.....he better tighten up or the Ravens may move him to RB next year. 😃

Atticus Finch
By bringing up QBs that have nothing to do with Joe Burrow's performance. Two of them former MVPs who are obviously really good.

Lamar Jackson, despite last night's stinker, is still 8th in adjusted yards per attempt. Which means that he was one of the best in the league before last night. But this is instructive: Jackson: 2 wins, 53-of-77 (68.8%), 576 yards 5 TDs, 0 INTs, 7.5 Y/A, 112.3 QB Rating Burrow: 0 wins, 91-of-141 (64.5%), 821 yards, 5 TDs, 1 INT, 5.8 Y/A, 89.0 QB Rating Lamar Jackson has stunk so far this season! Joe Burrow is very good! 🤡

RedZone
Lamar Jackson passed for 97 yards last night on 15 completions and looked worse than terrible doing it. If he didn't have wheels probably would have been benched. Not sure who the backup is with the Ravens (without looking), but he's a better passer than Jackson. I don't know.....Lamar Jackson is a terrible passer unless he's running around waiting for someone to break open or a DB to fall down...if that doesn't happen he throws for 97 yds. RedZone
Lamar Jackson ranks #30 in ATTEMPTS this year. Why? He is a terrible passer. The Ravens don't have much confidence in Lamar Jackson's natural passing ability (he's not gifted)....last year Jackson only had 401 ATTEMPTS that ranked him at #26 in the NFL. Joe Burrow ranks #2 in ATTEMPTS this year as a Rookie..
Atticus Finch
27 minutes ago, RedZone said: NOT according to the relevant passing stats.... Actually, yes, according the the relevant passing stats. Jackson completes a higher percentage of his passes for more yards per attempt. You should really try to allow the facts to set your narrative instead of emotions.

You don't understand even the fundamentals of football. He won the MVP throwing it 401 times. He led the league in QBR. Guess who led the league in pass attempts last year? Jameis Winston. He lost his job and is now a backup.
