tommygun58 Posted October 14, 2020 Report Share Posted October 14, 2020 Heard from a friend from northern Georgia about the long voting lines.He checked it out & found most were registering & then voting.The line he was watching didn't move for 20 minutes.This same day registration has got me nervous. Republicans narrow voter registration gap in swing states As North Carolina's total number of registered Democrats dwindles, the largest growth in registrations totals there has been among those not choosing either party – the number of unaffiliated voters in the state has increased 324,000 since November 2016. These states have so many unaffiliated voters that party ID alone can't predict election outcomes. And "narrow" in the title means that Democrats still have more registered voters in those states.
