Best Pepper Steak I've every eaten was in Jaco. Stayed at the Best Western. Pizza Hut right across the street. Like anywhere in a foreign country you can end up in bad places. I went for surf so stayed close to the coast. Cool adventures too. Ziplining and soaking in a mineral pool next to a volcano and exotic places to eat.
