I expected to see it because lord knows it ain't the performance on the field.

Please. Now I know you don't know shit.

Take a bow to the greatest football state in America. Filled with multi million dollar stadiums, devoted fans and publics that breed their own talent.

Not those low budget, broke ass football programs yall got in Florida, or the nondevoted fans...and we certainly don't have a bullshit IMG academy here.

Life's great. And it pisses you off, just the sight of it. Keep being mad, hater.

Again, I admire the sheer emptiness of your argument.

You can't argue about actual football because I think deep down even dumb Texans know they're not the best.

So in that case they just have to resort to stadium porn, uniforms, fans, etc.

Again, not a single football related argument.

The guy is dumb even on the dumb Texan scale.

Florida has low budgets and no fans and still runs circles around Texas in the high school, college and pro levels.

He just knows Texas is the best. Why? Because he says so.

Don't ask him to back it up though.

It makes him very angry (and emotional).

Yes.

So off the top of my head Andre Johnson, Clinton Portis, Philip Buchanan, Jonathan Vilma, Tim Tebow, Reggie Nelson, Brandon Siler, Ripley Cooper, Janoris Jenkins, Kevin Benjamin etc...none of these guys were Florida guys?

Hate on.

So on 11 championship teams (I know it's a lot to keep up with) you just named 10 guys.

And you think that's a lot?

If I cared (or even knew 10 good Texas college players) I could name a bunch of Texans who played at Texas, Texas A&M, etc. who never won any hardware.

And a lot of those Florida players were 2-star, 3-star guys in high school who had some dog in 'em. They weren't 5-star primadonnas.

I had a legit argument and explanation in the beginning. But you came back with no substance at all.

So I decided to stoop down to your level.

That was off the top of my head.

Are you able to name all 70 players on every Florida national champ roster all time?

Didn't think so. Fuck off.

Please.

You just said Texas was the best and expected it to end there.

But I'm someone who asks for the check and your someone who's incapable of delivering.

1 in 45 years and a bunch of soft ass high school teams.

But, hey, you've got million dollar stadiums and 500-member bands!

Yes, I could actually find those rosters if you really want to be embarrassed even more than you already have.

This is actual fairly common knowledge though. Even the other deluded Texans on this board would admit that Texas recruits 90% of their players from Texas.

And loses every year.

Dream on.

Again, I post facts backing it up.

Their colleges have more national championships, their high schools put about the same number of raw players (and higher capita) on FBS rosters, and those players are better football players.

I didn't say find rosters. Any fool can do that.

I said name em off the top of your head.

Keep up.

You didn't make any arguments here. These are just claims.

How much of it was true top end talent? Not overrated poorly ranked scrubs like Tyrone Swoopes. I'm talking JT Barrett, Ashawn Robinson, Jalen Hurts, Solomon Thomas, Jamal Adams etc caliber players?

When the top end talent stays in state, Texas thrives. See 05 and 09 if you don't believe me. No different from the early Miami Hurricanes days or USC when they were killing it. Miami was getting all of the top end talent in Florida, SC was getting all of the top end talent in Cali. But neither have been able to do that lately, same for Texas. But Herman's first class appears to be changing that.

But that's just logical thinking. I already know this is another hate on Texas thread. What can I say, when you're great, people always hate you. Any type of success breeds envy.

P.S. Fuck IMG and it's affiliates/supporters. Nice job Baylor.

By the way J.T. Barrett, Jalen Hurts, Solomon Thomas, etc. are seen as good players because they went to good schools.

Hurts would have been Tyrone Swoopes had he gone to Texas.

I could name the starters on all Miami's championship teams and make a decent stab at Florida's and Florida State's.

But I don't see the relevance.

Texas gets 90% of their players from Texas and they're a bunch of schmucks for the most part.

There are no facts in that thread I just quoted.

None.

You just made claims.

You see dumb Texans don't seem to know the difference between an argument and a claim.

Why don't you give credit for the OOS schools thriving off our top end talent yearly?

Wonder why Oregon isn't shit anymore? Because they don't have high end Texas boys like Bralon Addison, Josh Huff or LaMichael James to work with.

Keep thinking Texas breeds a bunch of scrubs. You can think all you want. Can't change the fact that it's the best football state in the country.

Again, how much of it is top end elite level?

Get a clue. Get some real facts. Go read a book and try and actually get the full story...then get back to me.

Until then you aren't worth my time. It appears that you don't have the brains or education to engage in the conversation with me.

Because Florida has the same thing happen at the same or greater level.

I don't think you want to do that accounting either.

I think it's because Chip Kelly left.

Yet another claim without any evidence to back it up.

Typical of your type.

Tyrone Swoopes was an Army All-American.

The Longhorns always have their roster chock full of Texas blue chippers.

They've just stunk recently.
