I'm petitioning to give Credit where credit is due to the DLS Spartans of Concord California. Is this actually possible within the by laws?

DLS game a bit off broadway compared to all the big games happening, but beat a very good St Francis team (i.e. #1 CCS, top 5 NorCal) 31-7 in a classic trap situation in between SJC and BG Beat BG and they can start to spare a thought about a potential top 5 matchup in SBG (any SSD1 champ likely will be top 5, MD would be consensus #1 if undefeated) think they and everyone else a firm dog to MD now, but would be a neat opportunity for same kids that had to hear about how they were the worst DLS team in 25 years last year

DLS PoPs appeal viz a viz Blueliner, for credit due to DLS was turned over the the subcomittee on credit for competitive equity. A unanimous decision must be reached in order to acknowledge credit. After extensive deliberations we had Yay votes from Something something Valley and St. Mary's and a Nay vote from the Trinity League. TL citing paragraph 14b of the bylaws which strictly states. "No team on a regional win streak of over 100 games shall receive credit for beating another team in said region" the motion is denied. So be it, for So It Is. - The Comish
