LOL..I hope not!!....it's just that the water starts getting cold this time of the year and the bite slows down big time and then comes the ice!...spring time is the best time for fishing for bass in the north. I live to fish...😉 I just looked up the rates for NY and FL as it’s been years since I bought one in FL. I saw once age 65 in FL, no annual fees due (hunting also I believe).
