So if you are selling a home and walk in and see squatters you call the police and they don’t arrest them for breaking and entering? How is that possible? If they provide some fake lease, wouldn’t there be a paper trail? Couldn’t you just walk in with roach bombs and literally smoke them out? Maybe there needs to the new rules about renting when you are selling. So no fake paperwork can ever be valid.
