Incredible HS playoff going with 2 rounds still to play. No prep boy weeks off like them Cali boys. 6 weeks of incredible football leaving multiple teams who are easily among the best High School teams in this country. Keep watching we will set another attendance record in two weeks when our big boys faceoff. Not only that you witness some of the nation's best players this country has to offer down to our 6th biggest school bracket. Mary-Hardin Baylor is the defending Div 3 National Champion and have made the title game again Texas A&M Commerce is in the Div 2 title game vs West Florida Sam Houston playing in FCS playoffs 7 Div1 Teams playing in Bowl Games Multiple College players who won player awards who played HS Football in this great state. Maxwell Walter Camp O'Brien Biletnikoff Outland And now Mayfield is the favorite to win the Heisman tonight too. ( We have pretty good list of players who have won this award already) And you always have Texasball to remind you - just how damn good we are. Will never forget the night in Aledo Texas when he and his Lake Travis teammates hung 60+ on them. It was obvious he had chance to be special. I feel the best players from the state leave to play College elsewhere that leaves most of our teams bare. I'm not saying our colleges don't compete but they play with a little bit of disadvantages with most of the top players leaving.
