DevilDog
This damn Kid should be locked the hell up and his ass should never be allowed to play any damn Sport. He should be prosecuted for assault. A Fitchburg State player has been indefinitely suspended from his team and barred from campus as a result of a vicious cheap shot he delivered late in Tuesday’s loss to fellow Massachusetts Division III school Nichols College. Kewan Platt dropped Nichols guard Nate Tenaglia with a right elbow to the face better suited for a WWE match than a basketball game. The incident occurred just after Tenaglia drilled a corner 3-pointer with less than three minutes to go in his team’s 84-75 victory. After appearing to turn his head to check whether the referee on the baseline was paying attention, Platt took his chance to retaliate, leaving Tenaglia writhing on the floor in pain clutching his face. Division III player suspended, barred from campus after vicious cheap shot WTF. Totally unhinged.

The defender was not near the player when the shot went off...no need to see if there would be a foul on that play...unless the ref had an idea the goofball would keep jogging at, and then forearming, the shooter well after the shot was released. Then, the official turned his head back to the shooter after he was on the floor, not knowing how he ended up there. The ref in the lower part of the screen actually called a foul immediately after it happened. Officials can't anticipate horrendous acts away from the ball by 10 players at a time. This is one of those instances where Big Brother was a good thing, showing the true colors of that jerk player.

But the guy is on the ground and he has a totally blank look on his face. It was kinda funny.
