BobbySanchez
vs. Chandler went 13-2 Arizona State Champs and Geico State Champs beat a Georgia State Champ #1 in Arizona vs. SJB went 13-2 D-1 and California State Champs #1 in California vs IMG went 10-0 and finished #3 in the nation and #1 in Florida CC basically put up 500+ yards and over 50+ points on all three of them the highest allowed in any season. CC = HELLS ON WHEELS
On2whls
Interesting thing about this clip is the games against Chandler and IMG were the first two starts for McKee, Reed, and Fisher.
954gator
Mckee was a beast in that offense. Also how does it work for him when he comes back? Is his spot secure on stanford or will he go through another recruiting process like a Juco player might?
badrouter
Lots of smaller, quick players running in space as part of an offense that can throw the ball. VERY difficult, if not impossible, to stop. The only way is to match them with smaller, quick defenders who can split those huge gaps, run with CC's skill guys etc.

Problem is he gets pretty much 0 work out time. The only conditioning equipment he has is a couple large coffee cans filled with cement connected by a steel bar.

Funny thing about that Chandler game is that they came in thinking California defenses were just in general terrible and not because CC has probably the most unique offense in America and literally in the first play of the game I kid you not Centennial ran a run play for like 80+ yards and scored a touchdown lmao
BobbySanchez
1:11 was the very first play of the Chandler-CC game, they didn't score a touchdown but they scored one right after.
DLS350
That offense is scary as hell to watch if your team is trying to defend against it. Simple slant, TD. Zone read dive, TD. Zone read QB keep, TD. Any or all of these can happen on any given play! 2

He’ll have great footwork, though, with all the soccer...

In the 2014 first playoff game vs Serra Gardena 68-64 (Khalil Tate Serra QB) you couldn’t miss a single play. Could be a TD any down, any position on the field. 1
BobbySanchez
Centennial also scored 63 points and could have likely scored in the 80+ on SJB in 2015 if they really tried. They used the entire fourth quarter to just gas the clock. That SJB team in 2015 was 14-0, Trinity League Champs, and was #1 in almost every poll too.
BobbySanchez
This was against Bishop Gorman's Tate Martell team, 15-0 #1 in the Nation and went 6-0 against OOS teams that year. Highest allowed in their school history 42 points on them Also against DLS who went 15-0 #1 in the nation on some polls and scored 43 points on their defense which was the highest allowed since their school history at the time.

The QB’s from 2014 have had much different levels of success at next level. Ketteringham had a pretty good year at North Dakota last season and I don’t think Catalano has seen much playing time at Azusa Pacific although he did graduate a year after Ketteringham.

LOL. Watch the juke on DLS at the 4:43 play at 4:46. 1

Going into the 2016 Chandler game the Wolves would have had no such concern except that replacement pinball back Miles Reed was lurking behind McKee. In the playoff game against Chaminade, TJ Pledger was supposed to be the feature back. Oops, wrong prediction. After McKee went down in the playoff game against MV, Kinslow went off. It’s been a good run for Cen10 in that department. 2019 brings the most uncertainty for Cen10 in that position in a long time. Nick (who) Floyd will be toting the rock. He’s bigger, stronger, and faster than any of their last three starters. I wouldn’t bet against him making some noise. 1

Yes, defense has been Cen10’s Achilles heel. Last year was their first legit defense since 2010 but the O failed them in the playoffs. Up to that point, it was unheard of and unthinkable for a DLS defense to ever give up that many points. With Terry at defense, DLS even in their crushing defeats still managed to limit themselves to 30 points and all must be hard earned. But CC scored 43 and quite easily I must say. That's what blew my mind and I'm sure everybody elses.
