His most memorable moment should have been...when he thought he wanted to fight Rush in Mack Tharpe...but he couldn't find a step ladder. Rush was laughing so hard...it infuriated Shorty even more. Fortunately, Shorty's assistants came out and pulled him back to the Tift sidelines. What a night !!!! Oh...Colquitt DESTROYED Tift that evening...which added rocket fuel to the fire....(Smile). We had a decent 1.5 year run in 5A a couple of years ago and got moved up with the big boys. I know it's tough making the playoffs in the highest classification with a little over 2k students...but somehow we do. 7-3 last year. Of the big 48 I think we are 47th in size.
